Terms of Service
1. Service
Lettara (provider: Julien Beyer, beyerdigital, Germany) creates a letter from the details you provide, shows you a preview and, after payment, mails it as a printed letter – as a standard letter or, where available, as registered mail. Printing and dispatch are handled by our partner Pingen AG; delivery is carried out by the respective postal services.
2. Contract and price
Drafting, deadline check and preview are free and non-binding. The contract is concluded when you complete the payment via Stripe. The price is shown before payment and covers printing, envelope, postage and proof of mailing.
3. Cancellation
Your letter is printed individually and handed to the postal service immediately after payment. By paying you agree that we start right away and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully performed. If a letter has not been printed yet, contact info@beyerdigital.de and we will cancel it where technically still possible.
4. Your responsibility
You are responsible for the content of the letter and the accuracy of the addresses. Do not send content that violates laws or third-party rights. The deadline check is a calculation aid based on your input and is not legal advice.
5. Delivery times and proof
Displayed delivery times are typical postal transit times, not a guarantee. For every letter you receive a dated proof of mailing; registered mail additionally includes the carrier's proof of delivery.
6. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. Otherwise we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable, typical damage. For delays or loss in the postal system we are liable only where we are at fault.
7. Final provisions
German law applies. Consumers additionally benefit from the mandatory consumer protection rules of their country of residence.
